Its August 17 service update also says the public requests list and map are temporarily unavailable. The notice asks residents to continue using the app; it does not announce the end of problem reporting.
That distinction changes what a resident can infer from an empty public map. A missing pin no longer establishes that nobody has reported an issue. Equally, the privacy notice does not prove that a particular request was received, assigned or resolved. A person's own acknowledgement or response remains a separate record.
There are still channels for local road concerns. The town's roads and streets page directs municipal road, alley and lane issues to SeeClickFix or Infrastructure Services at 403-823-1330. It separately identifies provincial responsibility for highways and associated traffic devices.
Residents describing a problem can identify the location and the asset without assuming every road-related report goes to the same authority. This article reports the town's stated visibility change and contact routes. It is not a security audit, a test submission or a guarantee that all historical requests have been removed from every public source.
